PRE-INFORMATION FORM

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Article 5 and subsequent articles of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Before the conclusion of the distance sales contract, the Consumer acknowledges that they have been duly informed of all matters stated below by the Seller.

ARTICLE 1 – BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES

The subject of this contract consists of the products offered for sale on the LedProfil website, including aluminum LED profiles, diffusers, and related lighting accessories used in interior and exterior architectural lighting applications.

• intended usage areas.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE, TAXES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The price confirmed at the time of order placement is final and binding.

Shipping and any additional costs are clearly indicated to the Consumer before the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is collected at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery is carried out within the timeframe specified on the relevant product page and shall not exceed the statutory maximum period of 30 days.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The withdrawal notice may be submitted via:

• e-mail,
• written notification,
• the withdrawal form available on the Website (if applicable).

In case of withdrawal, the paid amount shall be refunded within 14 days.

ARTICLE 8 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases listed under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, including but not limited to:

• goods produced according to the Consumer’s specific requirements or custom-cut products,
• goods that have been installed or mounted,
• products that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
