CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL

1. By placing an order electronically through our website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
2. Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable legislation.
3. Shipping costs related to the dispatch of products shall be borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the statutory maximum period of 30 days.
5. Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any warranty certificates or user manuals, if applicable.
6. If the supply of the purchased product becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER without delay, and the total amount paid shall be refunded within 14 days.

2. FAILURE TO PAY THE PRODUCT PRICE

If the BUYER fails to pay the product price or if the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

3. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If, after delivery, it is determined that the payment was made using a credit card that was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER shall be obliged to return the product to the SELLER.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that delivery cannot be made on time due to force majeure events beyond the SELLER’s control, the BUYER shall be informed accordingly.
The BUYER may request cancellation of the order, replacement with an equivalent product, or postponement of delivery until the force majeure situation ceases.
In case of cancellation, the paid amount shall be refunded within 14 days.

5. BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The BUYER must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Products that are damaged, broken, torn, or otherwise defective should not be accepted without a damage report prepared with the carrier.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and should be returned together with the invoice, if available (physical or electronic).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty.
2. The withdrawal notice must be submitted via:
• e-mail,
• the withdrawal/return form available on the Website,
• or another written method constituting a durable medium.
  Withdrawal notifications made by phone shall not be deemed valid.
3. The return shipping costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the BUYER.
4. The returned product must be sent via the carrier designated by the SELLER.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

7. REFUND PROCESS

The SELLER shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.

8. GOODS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

• Products prepared in line with the BUYER’s personal requests or clearly customized
• Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
• Single-use products
• Digital content and services performed instantly in electronic form
• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

9. DEFAULT

In the event that the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the credit card agreement between the BUYER and the issuing bank shall apply. The SELLER shall not be held liable for disputes arising between the BUYER and the bank.

10. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• Payment may be made via bank transfer / EFT.
• Credit cards may be used for single-payment or installment options, where available.
  For online payments, the charged amount shall be debited from the credit card upon order confirmation.
